Associate Attorney - Nashville TN

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for its Nashville, TN office. The role involves handling class actions related to fraud, securities, ERISA, data breaches, and more. The attorney will also engage in cases involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual assault, and whistleblower matters. Duties Develop claims and draft pleadings. Conduct legal research and draft various documents. Take and defend depositions. Argue motions and participate in mediations. Lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal assistants. Negotiate with opposing counsel and participate in hearings, conferences, trials, and appeals. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation or class actions. Strong writing skills and experience in discovery. Passion for justice and learning. Ability to take ownership of cases and work collaboratively.
