Onsite Supervisor

Bilingual Onsite Coordinator | Denton, TX

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM. Reports To: Branch Manager. Location: Onsite in Denton, TX.

Here's What You Get

Money that shows up every Friday. $23.50 an hour, weekly pay, plus a quarterly bonus on top. No waiting two weeks to see what you earned.

Three days off, every week. You work Wednesday through Sunday and your weekend starts Monday. If you have ever wanted to run errands, see a doctor, or take a trip when the rest of the world is at work, this schedule is built for that.

A real path forward. Midway is one of the fastest-growing light industrial staffing firms in the country, and we promote from within. Coordinators here move into Supervisor and Branch Manager seats. We will tell you exactly what that path looks like on day one.

Paid, hands-on training. You are not getting handed a login and wished good luck. We train you.

Benefits that matter. Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, and 401(k) for eligible employees.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You are Midway at the client site. When a supervisor on the floor needs 12 people by Thursday, they call you. When a new associate is nervous on their first shift, you are the one who walks them in.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Owning the relationship with the client and with every associate on the floor
• Recruiting, screening resumes, and running phone and in-person interviews
• Running onboarding from background checks through new hire paperwork
• Handling first-day logistics so new hires actually stick
• Processing and approving timecards so payroll goes out clean and on time
• Checking in with clients and associates to catch problems before they become problems
• Repping Midway at job fairs and community hiring events

It is fast. It is people-heavy. If you like solving a different puzzle every hour, you will like this.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish. This is non-negotiable. You will use both every single day.
• 1 to 2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support. Staffing agency experience is a big plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or something related is nice to have, not required.
• You build rapport fast, with everyone from a plant manager to a first-day associate.
• You can juggle. Multiple priorities, hard deadlines, moving parts.
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, and you have used an ATS before.
• You take initiative. Nobody is going to hand you a checklist every morning.
