As Director, Oracle ERP, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Jostens’ enterprise business applications—including ERP and CRM platforms—supporting both current operations and future-state transformation initiatives.You will partner closely with executive leadership to define and implement scalable, forward-looking technology solutions across platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce Core, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on enterprise performance, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. YOU WILL:Partner with business leaders on technology strategy. Identify and implement solutions that align ERP, CRM, and customer engagement platforms with business goals.Define and lead enterprise application strategy. Establish long-term direction, policies, and roadmaps for business applications supporting digital transformation.Drive ERP and CRM transformation initiatives. Lead planning, development, consolidation, and upgrades across enterprise platforms.Oversee enterprise project execution. Lead cross-functional teams delivering large-scale initiatives on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.Align business and technology teams. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for each initiative to ensure accountability and execution.Manage budgets and resources. Oversee departmental budgets, expenditures, and resource planning.Lead system integration partnerships. Manage system integrators and external partners to ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives.Develop and lead high-performing teams. Coach, mentor, and manage up to 10 direct reports to drive performance and growth.Deliver executive-level insights. Present complex technical strategies, performance metrics, and transformation progress to executive and board-level stakeholdersTypical/expected % of overnight travel: Up to 20%YOU HAVE:Education. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience.Enterprise IT Leadership Experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, including leadership of large-scale application teams.ERP & CRM Expertise. Strong experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP systems), Salesforce Core, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Transformation Experience. Proven track record leading ERP modernization, consolidation, and large-scale system implementations.Project Management Knowledge. Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and enterprise delivery models.Systems Integration Experience. Experience managing system integrators and professional services partners.Executive Communication Skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior leaders and boards.Influence & Relationship Management. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.Analytical Capability.
