Director, Global Pricing & Strategic Growth

Alcon seeks a Director of Strategic Pricing & Planning to define and evolve its global value-based pricing framework, leading portfolio pricing across Surgical and Vision Care. You will partner with Global Marketing, Market Access, HEOR, Finance, and Commercial teams to align pricing with value, evidence, and go-to-market strategies. You will guide lifecycle management and stage-gate processes to maximize revenue growth.
