NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company in Houston is seeking a Tier 2 NOC engineer to support complex network operations in a 24/7 environment, focusing on voice, data, and core infrastructure. You will troubleshoot incidents across TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS and work with Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet gear, using ServiceNow, Netcool and Zabbix to monitor and resolve issues, while delivering reliable uptime and customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company
