In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. You will be part of a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first, values integrity, and brings an innovative approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entry points, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required by site policy, helping to support restricted-area control within an aero and defense location.
• Assist with incident response, alarm follow-up, and/or visitor and contractor interactions while maintaining professional communication and following post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
