Parts Sales Representative - Back Counter

Maintain orderly records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Ensure all requested parts are billed on service repair orders. Issue credits for returned parts, updating inventory systems accordingly. Participate in training programs and stay current on new products. Maintain a lost sales tracking program. At least 12 months experience in over-the-counter sales, preferably in a dealership or service environment. Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.
