Position Name Cardiac Care RN Shifts Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends) Job Summary Our Cardiac Telemetry unit is unique in that our nurses take care of patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization with stent placement, ablations, pace maker/AICD placement, cardiovascular surgeries and we are a comprehensive stroke/stemi facility. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Director, Manager or Nurse Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice and the generic and unit structure standards. Qualifications 1 year of acute care Cardiac Care RN experience or something similar Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Current state of Missouri RN licensure required. BLS certification required at hire and maintained. ACLS required within 6 months. Basic computer skills Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills required. Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required. Compensation and Benefits Nurse to Patient Ratio: Never more than 5. Max amount of patients is never more than 5. Depending on staffing and acuity ranges from 1:3 to 1:5 Mid Range: $30.04 - $41.50 (Based on Years of experience) Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends Sign-On Bonus: LIMITED TIME: $30K SIGN ON (Nights Only) *2 Year Commitment $12k SIGN ON (Days Only) *2 Year Commitment Relocation: Case by Case Basis #J-18808-Ljbffr All Med Search
