Contracts and Compliance Administrator

Supporting prime and subcontract financial administration and compliance, the full-time Contracts and Compliance Administrator will manage DCAA-compliant accounting processes, assist with human resources functions, and maintain accurate records in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Support accounts payable and receivable functions in QuickBooks Online and Rippling, ensuring compliance with DCAA requirements Assist in new hire onboarding and employee offboarding, including document collection and background checks Administer subcontract files, documentation, and compliance records in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and DCAA standards Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in accounting, subcontract administration, HR administration, finance, or government contracting support Government contracting experience with familiarity in DCAA best practices, FAR, and DFARS Minimum of an associate's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field; equivalent experience considered Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Rippling, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Department of War Secret Clearance
