• Scheduled clinical hours plus call with 15-minute response time
• 10 patients per shift with admissions required
• Level III NICU treating complex neonatal conditions
• Intubation, chest tubes, central lines, paracentesis required
• Ventilator management including oscillators and iNO
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding
• 30 - 50% call back rate with beeper call
• Ongoing coverage potential
