As a Home Care Aide at Right at Home South Bay, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and professional care to our clients. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. About the Role:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companion care
- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families
- Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Registered as Home Care Aide (or willing to register) CNA preferred
- Current TB Test
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills
