Bellevue GEICO Local is looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning new skills. Licensed and experienced insurance professionals are preferred , but motivated candidates who are new to insurance are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do
- Help customers understand their insurance needs and coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain insurance products and available coverage in an easy-to-understand way.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional coverage.
- Stay current on products, services, and industry information.
- Work with the team to meet customer service and sales goals.
- Learn and use agency computer systems and technology.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable learning computer systems and new technology.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- Currently licensed and experienced applicants preferred.
- Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply if willing to obtain their insurance license within 4–6 weeks of employment .
