Lead Growth Across the Americas

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Director to lead our sales activities across the Americas region. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering regional sales objectives, driving business growth, developing customer relationships, and leading a team of Regional Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies and business plans.
• Drive revenue growth through existing customer development and new business acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the Americas.
• Lead commercial negotiations and oversee major customer opportunities.
• Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and sales teams.
• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and drive accountability.
• Represent the company externally and collaborate across internal departments.
• Ensure customer requirements are effectively communicated to production and support functions.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

• Higher vocational or university-level education, preferably in Analytical Chemistry or a related technical/scientific discipline.
• Significant experience within an international technical sales organization.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
