Overview
Registered Nurse – OB/GYN, travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,160–$2,275 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). Work in a 25-bed critical access facility serving coastal communities and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated obstetric and general nursing care per established standards and the nursing process
- Monitor maternal and fetal status; respond to changes and mitigate risk during obstetric care
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education
- Document care in the patient record (Epic) and promote a safe, healing environment
- Maintain clinical competencies, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and recognize and respond to clinical emergencies

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Certifications: CPR/BLS required; ACLS required; NRP required; STABLE required; INTERMEDIATE FETAL MONITORING (INTFETAL) required
- Experience: at least two years of recent experience in OB/GYN or acute care; EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work in a 24/7 acute care setting and participate in night-shift coverage
