Regional Sales Representative

Overview The Regional Sales Representative will be a critical part of the Bids group, reporting to the Sales Manager - Commercial Accounts. You will be tasked to grow volume and margin through the sale of gas and distillate fuels. To succeed, you need to be P&L driven, possess a proven track record, industry experience, excellent interpersonal skills, an understanding of market dynamics, and existing customer and supply relationships. You will work independently but collaborate, initiating and executing sales and supply agreements. A positive, entrepreneurial mindset, consistent desire to grow, and a “do what it takes” mentality are essential. This is a field position; the ideal candidate lives in the NY/NJ area with up to 50% travel required. Your Role, Your Impact Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive and profitable business relationships. Execute on terms, spot, prompts, forwards/futures, and communicate market and supply fundamentals and competitive landscape. Monitor sales data to ensure budget expectations are met and exceeded. Develop and implement action plans and growth strategies that increase volume and margin and Global’s market presence, either face‑to‑face or by phone. Cold‑call and continuously develop the market. Travel within the United States as required. Other duties as required. Qualifications Work independently while collaborating to initiate and execute sales and supply agreements. Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a consistent desire to grow and be part of a continuous‑improvement team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Enjoy building relationships with customers and suppliers. Strong time‑management and organizational skills. Strong budget‑management skills. Experience with a sales/account manager position. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Pay Range $70,400.00 - $105,600.00 Benefits Competitive pay with opportunities for growth.
