Key Account Manager - resund region

You'll steer our strategic accounts across the resund region while working remotely from Germany, preferably based in the North. You'll shape partnerships with key civil and industrial clients in Denmark and Sweden, ensuring safe and precise delivery on high-impact projects. This is a role where you influence markets, create long-term value and strengthen our footprint across Scandinavia.

Your job in a nutshell:
- Own, develop and grow strategic accounts in Denmark and Sweden
- Build trust with senior stakeholders across the resund market
- Drive commercial and operational excellence on major civil and industrial projects
- Identify long-term growth and lead multi-country collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, sales and customer success colleagues
- Operate remotely from Germany ideally based in North Germany for smoother regional alignment
- You'll report to the Segment Sales Leader Germany and collaborate with a strong international sales team
ABOUT YOU
You're a relationship builder with a strategic mindset. You understand civil works, industrial projects, and the nuances of operating in Denmark and Sweden. You bring enterprise-level account experience, a hands-on problem-solving approach and confidence in technical conversations. You communicate fluently in Danish or Swedish and English, and you appreciate the autonomy of leading a region remotely.
You bring:
- Experience in strategic or key account management
- Strong understanding of the resund market (Denmark & Sweden)
- Deep knowledge of the infrastructure and civil industry sector (in areas such as bridges, tunnels, and heavy industry.)
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders in complex projects
- Fluency in Danish or Swedish, plus English
- Remote setup from Germany (preferably North Germany)
