Helps patients at risk, communicate that risk to other caregivers, reports all falls or assisted falls./liliEngages in infection control practices, uses personal protective equipment appropriately, is diligent with hand washing, demonstrates knowledge of isolation procedures, infections/contagious diseases, etc./liliDocumentation is timely and accurately reflects resident condition, progress and events. Does not use banned abbreviations in documentation./liliResident hand off follows established procedures, reports are promptly given and received with an opportunity for questions./liliPractices with ethical, regulatory and legal guidelines applicable to position./liliDemonstrates familiarity with the electronic documentation system and uses it effectively and efficiently.
