LOS Implementation Consultant

OverviewJob PurposeThe Consultant, PSO - Implementation is responsible for driving the implementation, configuration, and adoption of mortgage technology solutions for customers. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and client partners, the consultant helps gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing activities, and helps lead implementation projects.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in mortgage operations, financial services, business systems, software implementations, or consulting who are looking to grow their expertise in enterprise technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery, configuration, and implementation of mortgage related technology solutions to include EncompassCollaborate with customers to gather business requirements and document workflows and process improvementsAssist in solution readiness, initiation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activitiesParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessionsIdentify project risks, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to project leadershipRecommend process improvements and best practices to enhance customer adoption and utilization of solutionsPartner with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, Engineering, and other teams within Professional ServicesStay informed on mortgage industry trends, lending operations, and technology solutionsSupport multiple implementation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentTravel estimated 10-15% as needed based on project and client requirementsKnowledge and Experience3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:Mortgage lending or mortgage operationsSoftware implementation or consultingBanking technologyStrong communication and customer-facing skillsAbility to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvementExperience working in a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational and time management skillsExperience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TeamsPreferred Knowledge and ExperienceExperience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), mortgage technology platforms, Encompass preferredExposure to software implementation, business analysis, system configuration, or process improvement initiativesFamiliarity with customer software onboarding methodologiesWhat We're Looking ForA consultative mindset with a passion for solving customer challengesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processesAbility to build relationships and work effectively with customers and internal teamsSelf-motivated professionals who thrive in a dynamic and growing environment#LI-SF1 Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
