Staffing Manager

Recruiter PositionWe're searching for Recruiters to join our fast-growing company! The candidate will be fully trained to move towards a Management-Level position within our organization at a fast pace. This is great for a person looking for long-term growth, stability and an exciting career with a supportive company that values its team members. A minimum of 1-year of experience is required within recruitment and ATS database. Manufacturing, Construction, and Industrial are preferred, but not required. Experience in Mid, Senior & C-Level strategic placements is required. A background in Sales only will also be considered for the position. The position is NOT Remote. Requirements Benefits The position offers a base salary, plus a HIGH COMMISSION & BONUS STRUCTURE. Additional to Continuing Education & Profit Sharing. Driven and Goal-Oriented Possess Highly-Ethical Standards Be Trustworthy, honest and Reliable. Must have excellent communication skills with an ability to multi-task. Excellent Grammar Skills & Microsoft Office knowledge. Benefits Health benefits, PTO, Profit Sharing & Continuing Education Provided. 401K will be added soon!
