You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?
Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary + commission on personal production + branch override. Sign-on bonus available.
PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.
This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.
Why loan officers move to PRMI
- Keep your book and add team income. You stay a producer and earn on your branch's results. Pay is based on your branch's profit and loss (P&L).
- No operations cleanup. A dedicated division support team handles processing and fulfillment, so you aren't the one fixing files.
- Products to win more deals. Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo, and programs with more than 40 state housing agencies, backed by a direct seller and servicer to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.
- A 28-year, multi-billion-dollar lender licensed in 49 states, with strong access to capital markets and modern loan origination technology.
- Recognition that matters. Top producers earn award trips, plus full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA and FSA, and paid time off.
What you'll do
- Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
- Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
- Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
You're a fit if you
- Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
- Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
- Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
- Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
