• Assess and identify the wants and needs of our clients over the phone and via email.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve problems.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of our products.
• Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is shared.
• Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs in the CRM system.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services by reviewing all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
