Sunlight Senior Care is seeking a dedicated Part-time Home Care Recruiting Manager to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role is integral to helping us find and onboard compassionate caregivers who provide exceptional in-home care to our senior clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for home care positions.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with management teams.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, job boards, and referral sources.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in healthcare or home care industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Basic familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Omaha, NE office as needed.
