About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Business Strategy and Transformation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic growth and transformation agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of a multi-year strategic plan, with a focus on identifying and prioritizing strategic initiatives that ensure sustained growth and market differentiation. The role also involves leading the shift to a client-centric, solution-oriented selling model, driving delivery excellence, and building capability expertise in key solution areas. As the main internal strategist and transformation lead, the Managing Director will design and guide the transformation program, ensuring it is owned and driven with rigor and momentum. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's preferred) and at least 15 years' of senior leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or business leadership, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or financial advisory environment. A proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs and experience within a professional services firm, particularly with an understanding of the partnership model, is highly valued. The role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to lead change and drive a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader, deeply client-oriented, and commercially aware, with the ability to work in partnership with go-to-market leadership to connect delivery performance to business growth.
