For more than 40 years, we've powered some of the world's most iconic sports, entertainment, concert, festival, film, and television productions through industry-leading live production and technology solutions.We're hiring a Director, Commercial Planning & Growth to help shape how NEP identifies, prioritizes, and executes strategic growth opportunities across our global business.In this highly visible role, you'll partner with executive leadership to:Lead commercial planning for strategic growth initiativesDevelop market sizing (TAM/SAM), opportunity assessments, and business casesTranslate executive priorities into actionable commercial plansBuild repeatable planning frameworks, governance, and growth processesDrive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Product, and regional teamsWhat You'll Need: 10+ years of experience in commercial planning, business planning, strategy, consulting, commercial operations, or a related field Experience developing business cases, growth plans, and opportunity assessments Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional initiatives Ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organizationPreferred: Experience in media, broadcast, sports, technology, live events, or B2B services Background supporting transformation or growth initiatives International or multi-region business experienceIf you're passionate about turning strategy into execution and building scalable commercial capabilities that drive growth, we'd love to hear from you.Department: Shared Services Location: Pittsburgh, PA
