Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Execution

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc

Senior Manager responsible for translating commercial strategy into execution across Thermo Fisher's global Laboratory Products Group. The role focuses on portfolio governance, operating model development, and cross-functional delivery of strategic initiatives within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Lead governance of commercial initiative portfolio and prioritization across enterprise
Develop and strengthen LPG's commercial operating model through process simplification
Identify and implement process innovation and AI-enabled capabilities for operational improvement
Build cross-functional partnerships and lead governance forums for strategic execution
Drive organizational alignment by translating business strategy into measurable outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
8+ years progressive experience leading commercial, operational, or strategic initiatives globally
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives in matrix organizations
Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into execution
Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills
Experience with commercial operating model or business transformation initiatives (preferred)
