MRI Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00), Monday - Friday

The MRI Technologist will support the MRI department, providing care for outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department patients. The role involves performing general MR imaging without invasive procedures that require anesthesia support.

Conduct various MRI examinations including Abdomen, Pelvis, and Chest imaging.

Perform specialized procedures such as CINE, Diffusion, and Gradient Echo Imaging.

Utilize equipment competently; primarily responsible for GE equipment.

Ensure patient safety and quality care by following isolation precautions and contrast media administration protocols.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.

ARRT certification in MRI required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Familiarity with charting systems, particularly Epic.

The MRI Technologist will encounter a variety of patient diagnoses in this role.
