Maintains inventory accuracy, controls expenses, and analyzes sales trends to optimize store profitability. Provides leadership in merchandise presentation, safety, cleanliness, and store security. Ensures compliance with company policies, federal and state laws, and safety standards. Acts as a liaison between corporate and store staff, fostering teamwork and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Management experience in retail advantageous. Strong knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising practices. Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations. Key Duties Recruit, train, and retain qualified employees. Open and close the store, ensuring proper staffing. Monitor financial performance and inventory levels. Ensure merchandise presentation and store cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe environment. Adhere to policies and complete necessary documentation. Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Occasional ladder use and outdoor exposure.
