Casual Float Phlebotomist/PRN - On Call
$22.3 - $27.69 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a casual float phlebotomist for on-call work in Tacoma, Washington. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, and providing patient services across multiple sites with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient data accurately and maintain specimen information logs
- Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
- Travel to additional sites as needed and perform administrative duties
Requirements
- Valid Washington-issued phlebotomy license
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- At least 21 years of age
- 6+ months phlebotomy experience (preferred)
- 6+ months prior Labcorp phlebotomy experience (preferred)
Compensation: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour; float incentive $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
