Pay & Schedule

Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour with opportunities to earn up to $23.00/hour

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Location: Eastern Indianapolis

What You'll Do

• Pick, pull, and pack customer orders weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders accurately.
• Operate electric and manual pallet jacks, tuggers, and occasionally a sit-down forklift.
• Move materials and palletized products throughout the warehouse.
• Weigh products and packaging according to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory, material, and batch documentation.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous material handling experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Forklift and pallet jack operating experience.
• Order picking and packing experience.
• Inventory control and documentation skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Forklift Operator, Tugger Operator, Order Selector, or Material Handler.
• At least one year of stable employment history.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
