Workday Business Analyst - RemoteGenesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Business Analyst - Remote for a contract position with our client. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.This role will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, the Program Manager, and implementation partners to facilitate workshops, document requirements, guide solution decisions, and ensure alignment between business needs and Workday functionality. The position requires availability during Central and Mountain time zones.Responsibilities:Facilitate business requirements, process discovery, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and implementation partnersDocument current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, decision points, and organizational impacts using process modeling tools such as Lucid SuitePartner with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, evaluate alternatives, and facilitate design decisions across functional domainsRequirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday implementation projectsAbility to partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and implementation partnersExperience facilitating workshops for requirements gathering and process discoveryStrong skills in documenting business processes, workflows, and solution designsPay range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
