Skilled Trades Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Skilled Trades Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire qualified craft professionals in support of shipbuilding, manufacturing, and industrial operations. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce demands.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting skilled trades personnel in high-volume environments and possesses strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills. Spanish-English bilingual communication skills are highly preferred.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of skilled trade talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, community outreach, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Verify work history, certifications, qualifications, and eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate activity within CEIPAL ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress against workforce plans.
• Support hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting initiatives.
• Build relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, apprenticeship programs, and industry organizations.
• Assist with workforce forecasting and strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within skilled trades, manufacturing, construction, industrial, or shipbuilding environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly craft personnel.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities.
• Experience using ATS platforms; CEIPAL experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance incentives.
