The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated PRN Nurses to join our team.

Available PRN Schedules:

• Day Shift 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
• Evening Shift 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
• Night Shift 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Our PRN nursing team members must commit to a minimum of 32 hours per month with 16 of those hours being worked on weekends - during their assigned shift. Outside of the minimum requirement, PRN Nurses can pick up additional hours on other shifts (if available).

What You'll Do Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents. Lead and support nursing team members on your assigned neighborhood and shift. Observe, assess, and document resident conditions while ensuring families and physicians are kept informed. Oversee and implement individualized care plans from admission through ongoing updates. Foster a safe, positive, and relationship-centered environment for residents and staff. Coordinate appointments, transportation, and interdepartmental communication. Support team accountability, including initiating disciplinary procedures when needed.

What You Bring Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay organized and focused in a dynamic environment. Experience with EHR systems and basic technology tools (preferred). One year of clinical experience is helpful but not required.
