About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to join its executive leadership team. This strategic role is pivotal in driving the global financial strategy, accounting operations, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, treasury, and risk management. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial guidance to support the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of finance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing cash flow management, and leading the annual budgeting process. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong internal controls, managing relationships with financial partners, and driving process improvements for operational efficiency and profitability. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for a CPA or MBA. A minimum of 12-15 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, including at least 5 years in an executive finance role. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and experience in multi-entity and international financial operations. Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills are essential, as is a proven track record in leading annual audits and managing banking relationships. Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or software technology companies, particularly with recurring revenue and SaaS business models, is highly valued. The role demands a leader with exceptional business and financial acumen, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing finance organization.
