What You'll Do: As a Locum OB Hospitalist, you will provide essential obstetric services in a trusted hospital setting, ensuring safe and compassionate care for our patients. Your schedule will include 24-hour shifts, with clinic duties during weekdays and on-call responsibilities during other times, including weekends. Be an integral part of a team committed to excellence and patient well-being in Pendleton, OR. Required Skills: MD or DO degree with valid state medical licensure in Oregon Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in obstetric and hospitalist care Ability to handle obstetric emergencies calmly and efficiently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong documentation and time management abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience in rural or underserved healthcare settings Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience preferred Previous work in hospital or inpatient obstetric services Other Requirements: Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to travel within Pendleton, OR, for hospital coverage Current BLS certification; NRP certification a plus Compliance with all relevant licensure, certification, and hospital policies Enjoy competitive pay of $214.50 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
