About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and driving the company's commercial functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional leadership in areas such as procurement and supply chain, pricing management, and contracts and compliance. This role demands a leader who can own end-to-end margin performance, lead enterprise risk mitigation efforts, and play a key role in strategic business planning. The EVP will be expected to foster a data-driven, accountable, and collaborative organizational culture, oversee day-to-day operations, and develop high-potential talent within the commercial operations division. Applicants for the EVP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of corporate and leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record of leading complex business initiatives and teams to achieve operational and financial success.
