Our Adult Medical Day Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered professional Nurse to join an amazing program and professional healthcare team. Your energetic and professional approach will help foster a positive environment for participants, family and colleagues alike. Position is 8 AM to 4:00 PM with an hourly wage of $40 + an hour and a sign on bonus of $500. NO WEEKENDS, EVENINGS, OR NIGHTS. Applicants should have either Adult Medical Day Care or long-term care experience, CPR and BLS training certification.

Responsibilities not limited to the following:

• Perform comprehensive participant assessments, including vital signs and health histories to determine individual care needs.
• Care plan development
• Care plan quarterly review
• Coordinate patient plan of care with his her primary physician, as well as primary caregiver.

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
