Overview Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Fabricator position in Vancouver, WA. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to fabricate components according to specifications. Perform layout, fitting, cutting, grinding, and assembly of metal components. Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, presses, grinders, and other shop tools safely and efficiently. Perform MIG and/or TIG welding as required to complete fabrication projects. Measure, mark, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain product integrity and workmanship standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform routine maintenance and care of tools and equipment. Identify and communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to management. Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous fabrication experience in a manufacturing or production environment required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment. Excellent measuring, layout, and fitting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. What We Offer Competitive pay of $24.00–$28.00 per hour DOE.
