JOB SUMMARY

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and food management. Ensure store cleanliness, uphold marketing and profitability goals, and maintain a perfect image in line with standards. Carry out staffing, paperwork, attendance and punctuality expectations, and transportation to/from work. Serve customers efficiently and provide excellent customer service. Operate equipment and maintain a clean facility daily. Match orders accurately, make correct monetary change, and input orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age of 18 years. Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery. Ability to navigate maps, locate addresses, and deliver products within a designated area. Capability to operate a vehicle, carry pizzas and beverages, and climb multiple flights of stairs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Motor coordination, speed, and precision in fast-paced tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under stress.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching. Use of tools and equipment. Address exposure to temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying weather when delivering and removing trash; indoor environment with temperature variations. Requires vision, hearing, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
