Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Telemetry team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license. The role requires proficiency in BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient care activities in the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for.
