Seeking a Compassionate Primary Care Physician in the Greater Denver Area

Impact to Health has partnered with a mission-driven, privately owned primary care group in Denver, CO, to find a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician ready to reclaim their clinical autonomy. In this physician-led, value-based organization, patient outcomes-not daily volume metrics-dictate your day.

Redefine Patient Relationships: Step off the fee-for-service treadmill. You will have the time to truly listen to your patients, understand their comprehensive needs, and build the long-term trust required for transformative care.
Drive True Health Outcomes: In our value-based care model, your success is measured by keeping your community healthy, active, and out of the hospital-focusing heavily on preventive care and effective chronic disease management.
Shape the Practice of Medicine: As part of a physician-led organization with a strong regional footprint, your clinical judgment is trusted and respected. You will have the autonomy to make the best decisions for your patients without corporate micromanagement.

Practice Highlights

Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
Patient Base: Adult / Senior-Focused / Mixed
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Care Team: Comprehensive support (MAs, Care Coordinators, Admin)
EMR: Athena
Core Focus: Preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient continuity

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative clinician who thrives in a team-based environment and is deeply committed to patient-centered primary care.

Required Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)

Benefits

Compensation estimates comprised of base salary & bonuses $300k-$400k.
