Seeking a Compassionate Primary Care Physician in the Greater Denver Area Purpose-Driven CarePhysician-Led Impact to Health has partnered with a mission-driven, privately owned primary care group in Denver, CO, to find a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician ready to reclaim their clinical autonomy. In this physician-led, value-based organization, patient outcomes-not daily volume metrics-dictate your day.

- Redefine Patient Relationships: Step off the fee-for-service treadmill. You will have the time to truly listen to your patients, understand their comprehensive needs, and build the long-term trust required for transformative care.

- Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Patient Base: Adult / Senior-Focused / Mixed
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Care Team: Comprehensive support (MAs, Care Coordinators, Admin)
- EMR: Athena
- Core Focus: Preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient continuity
Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative clinician who thrives in a team-based environment and is deeply committed to patient-centered primary care. Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start)
