Project Manager Jacksonville, FL Salary: Up to $140k+ depending on experience. On-site position. Job Summary Permanent (Direct Hire) opportunity in Jacksonville, FL for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of Project Management experience and strong knowledge of Lithium‑Ion (Li‑ion) Technology. Overview Project Manager assumes overall responsibility for assigned projects and coordinates activities of the project team, including changes of scope for ongoing projects. Identifies, manages, and controls project risks to minimize exposure while meeting client needs and project budget. Accountable for revenue recognition, timely and accurate invoicing, and for eliminating disputes/past dues. Reports project progress to all stakeholders. Oversees interaction with key suppliers and ordering of materials. Ensures clear understanding of commercial and technical requirements by the project team and all stakeholders. Ensures QHSE standards are fulfilled and continuously improves project management processes. Able to travel to customer offices or project sites if warranted. Responsibilities Ensure project is delivered on time and on budget. Lead project team activities in engineering, procurement, logistics, installation & commissioning, contracts, finance, and track actions/communications and follow up on all aspects of the project. Understand technical aspects of the project scope. Ensure contractual compliance and follow the contract. Track communications and events with the client and suppliers. Adhere to PM standards and business conduct guidelines (Tax regulations, export control, EHS). Support sales, engineering, and service needs as required. Apply professional knowledge of EPC project delivery methods and understanding of all project management control systems, with good knowledge of Energy Storage Solutions. Apply strong leadership and motivational skills, including ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations, and negotiate and manage confrontation topics. Support and enforce all aspects of safety in the project. Continuous learning – continuously learning and adapting to new projects and scopes, new company products, and lessons learned. Qualifications BS in Engineering, or higher degree. At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and 5 years in technical development lead. Specific knowledge of Lithium‑Ion (Li‑ion) Technology, Battery Management Systems, and Leadership. Business understanding of Energy Storage Systems, battery market, utilities, renewable power.
