Picture your morning: you pull up in a well-equipped service truck to a downtown building’s central plant. The cooling tower hums, the chiller is mid-cycle, and BMS readings hint at an efficiency dip. You trace it to a chilled water pump issue, swap to diagnostic mode, and bring the system back to spec. By afternoon, you’re fine-tuning a 30-ton ductless setup across town, closing the day with crisp digital reports—no paper in sight.

What you’ll work on

Our commercial portfolio spans cooling tower service, Central Plant Service, chillers, chilled water pumps, ductless systems, 10–50 ton units, built-up systems, and various commercial building systems. Hands-on experience with central plants and chilled water systems is a strong advantage.

Your impact

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVACR equipment, including A/C units, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Partner with property teams to resolve comfort and reliability concerns quickly.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards on every call.
• Document work and parts used through mobile, digital service reporting.

What you bring

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC/R field service.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven diagnostic and repair ability.
• Experience supporting property-side HVAC installations and retrofits.
• Bonus skills: plumbing, welding, and refrigeration techniques.
• Clear communicator with sharp problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and mechanical troubleshooting.

Schedule & pay

This is a permanent, full-time role—not seasonal. Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
