Production Technician Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to follow GMP, SOPs, and workplace safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills. Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Basic math and measurement skills. Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to accurately complete production paperwork and records.

Production Technician Job Duties: Operate production equipment in a manufacturing environment. Fill, package, label, and seal products to quality standards. Perform visual quality inspections on finished products. Weigh and measure ingredients using production formulas. Complete production records and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with GMP guidelines. Monitor equipment and report mechanical or quality issues. Support inventory replenishment and meet daily production goals.
