Ensures products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate production and inventory records. Ergonomic hazards such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other MSD's (musculoskeletal disorders), electrical hazards such as overloaded power strips, environmental hazards such as noise levels, insufficient or excessive lighting. Daily frequency of exposure with minimal likelihood of injury if paying attention to one's surroundings.Body Positioning - Sedentary 10% of the time, walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting no more than 50lbs. 90% of the time.Routine versus Challenging Work – 90% routine work versus 10% challenging work will be performed.Pace and Scheduling – The pace and scheduling the Production Technician sets is very important to being successful in this role. Needs to meet a daily production goal of 100 devices tested and packaged.
