Additive Manufacturing TechnicianThe Additive Manufacturing Technician is responsible for setup, operate, clean, and maintain additive machines to ensure efficient operations, prevent contamination and achieve high utilization.Essential Job Functions:Setup, operate and perform daily as well as preventative maintenance on additive manufacturing machines.Strictly adheres to proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Post processing of 3D printed parts. (Hand skills are required while handling exacto knives and scrapers)Changing out equipment to different materials and calibration of equipmentAdhering to the AS9100 standard and complying with internal quality standardsProper disposal of hazardous wasteAbility to accurately read and record information (i. e. material manufacture date, serial number, and other criteria) that is critical to the production process.Handling inventory and keeping up with internal MOQ's for frequently used materialsPerform housekeeping and cleanup duties upon completion of assigned tasks.
