• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 11:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for safely handling and moving materials throughout the warehouse while helping maintain an organized and efficient operation.

Operate an overhead crane to lift, move, and position materials safely

Secure loads and ensure all lifts remain within approved limits

Load structural steel beams onto trucks based on customer orders

Track inventory and maintain accurate material counts

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation

What We're Looking For

Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts or electric pallet jacks

Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Comfortable handling heavy materials and following safety procedures

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

Dependable attendance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

Previous overhead crane experience (Training Available)

Experience using RF scanners

6+ months of forklift experience (Sit-Down, Stand-Up, or Reach Truck)

6+ months operating heavy equipment

6+ months of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience

Work Environment

You'll work in a steel distribution facility where materials are moved throughout the day. The warehouse is clean and safety-focused but is not temperature controlled , meaning temperatures may vary with the seasons. Team members work closely together in small crews of 2-3 employees.
