We are not going to claim that we have been dispatching thousands of trucks for decades when we haven’t. We are also not going to treat being new as an excuse for poor service. Instead, we are growing responsibly. That means limiting the number of carriers we take on so that the carriers already working with us receive the attention, communication, and support they deserve. Our early carrier relationships matter tremendously because they are helping establish the reputation of WillPower Dispatch. Your success becomes part of our reputation. WHO THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR We welcome both newer and experienced owner-operators. If you are a newer owner-operator, WillPower can help provide more structure around freight searching, lane planning, broker communication, load paperwork, and day-to-day dispatch administration. If you are an experienced owner-operator, our goal is to remove as much unnecessary administrative workload as practical so you can spend more time operating your equipment and less time staring at load boards, calling brokers, completing setup packets, and chasing paperwork. We respect experienced carriers. We also understand that veteran owner-operators may already have preferred brokers, direct contacts, dedicated lanes, personal freight strategies, and established business practices. We are not here to take control of your business. We are here to support it. CARRIER-FIRST DISPATCHING WillPower Dispatch approaches freight from the carrier’s side of the desk. That means we consider more than the advertised gross rate. Sometimes a slightly lower-paying load can position the truck into a stronger market, reduce deadhead, improve the next reload opportunity, or get the carrier home at the right time. The objective is to look at the truck’s movement as a business strategy — not simply chase the largest number showing on the load board. WillPower may locate, negotiate, and present freight opportunities, but the carrier retains the final decision regarding whether a load is accepted. We do not believe in forcing freight onto independent owner-operators. If we believe a load makes business sense, we will explain why. If you do not want the load, we keep searching. Your operating authority belongs to your company. Your equipment belongs to your company. Your business decisions ultimately belong to your company. Our role is to provide information, negotiation, planning, and administrative support that helps you make stronger decisions. WILLPOWER DISPATCH SERVICE STRUCTURE WillPower uses a transparent service model based on the level of work we perform for the carrier. Full-Service Dispatch When WillPower substantially manages the dispatch process, including sourcing freight, negotiating rates, coordinating the load, and providing ongoing dispatch support: Introductory Carrier Rate: 6% of transportation revenue during the first 30 days of active service. Any standard rate applying after the introductory period will be disclosed and agreed to in writing. Carrier-Sourced Load With WillPower Administrative Support If you independently locate and negotiate your own load but want WillPower to step in after booking to assist with broker communication, paperwork, tracking, and administrative coordination: Administrative Support Rate: 4% of transportation revenue for the supported load. Carrier-Sourced and Carrier-Managed Load If you locate, negotiate, book, communicate, and manage the load yourself from beginning to completion without material WillPower involvement: No WillPower dispatch fee applies to that load. Applicable pass-through expenses or reimbursements are excluded unless specifically stated otherwise in the written agreement. The goal is simple: You should know what you are paying for before the work begins. No vague percentages. No surprise deductions. No pretending WillPower performed work that the carrier actually handled independently. POTENTIAL WEEKLY GROSS REVENUE Depending on equipment, lanes, market conditions, mileage, availability, authority history, broker eligibility, freight type, seasonality, home time, and the carrier’s individual operating decisions, owner-operators may target approximately: $4,000–$9,000+ in weekly gross truck revenue. This range represents potential gross carrier revenue, not guaranteed income, wages, or take-home pay. Actual weekly performance can be higher or lower. What we can promise is that we will work to evaluate freight responsibly, communicate clearly, and negotiate with the carrier’s business interests in mind. Owner-operators control their own operating availability and remain responsible for complying with all applicable Hours-of-Service and safety regulations. FOUND YOUR OWN LOAD? Good. You are operating your own business, and WillPower does not want to interfere with opportunities you develop independently. If you already have relationships with brokers, shippers, customers, or other freight contacts, you may continue using them. If you locate and negotiate a load yourself but want WillPower to handle post-booking communication and administrative work, simply loop us in and the 4% administrative support structure may apply. If you manage the load entirely yourself and WillPower does not materially participate, there is no dispatch fee for that load. That is what carrier-first dispatching means to us.
