What You’ll Do as Restaurant General Manager ( Managing Partner ):

You’ll lead all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations , develop and inspire your team, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience. This is your restaurant —you’ll own it, grow it, and shape its future.

· Lead and coach your restaurant management team and hourly staff

· Deliver memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty

· Oversee kitchen and front-of-house and drive-thru operations

· Execute local store marketing and community engagement

· Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
