About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor RN (PM), you'll be responsible for directing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of clinical staff on the PM shift. This includes completing required documentation, administering medications, conducting daily rounds, and managing priorities in a fast-paced setting. You'll also be expected to provide strong leadership and supervisory skills, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the day-to-day activities of clinical staff on the PM shift
• Complete required documentation for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records per facility policies
• Conduct daily rounds and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to work every other weekend
