Horticultural Plant Care Specialist Join our award-winning Interior Plantscape team!! Kelly Mac Interiorscapes is seeking a skilled Interior Plant Maintenance Specialist with a passion for plants and a positive outlook to service our clients in Northern New Jersey. We are experts in providing care for living plants in corporate and residential environments. We value individuals with good customer service and communication skills; self-motivated with ability to make sound decisions independently. Responsibilities: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and cleaning indoor plants. Seasonal maintenance of outdoor plants. Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, or other issues, and take appropriate actions to address them. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that plants are healthy and thriving. Maintain accurate records of plant care activities and communicate effectively with the rest of the team. Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience and performance. Ability to handle rigorous physical workload including bending and lifting. Experience with outdoor landscape plants and floral design is a plus. The position is part-time or full-time.
